Couldn't think of a title for this. Just wondering if anybody is running these items and wondering what ya'lls thoughts are. I am thinking about moving my boost gauge tube to the AIH plug w/ boost fitting. Have heard that you get a much more accurate boost reading from there. Just want to get ya'lls opinions about these.

i am using the map-maximizer cable to prevent the ecm from going into limp mode when overboosting, and i am also using the aih delete with the boost fitting. you will get a more accurate boost reading this way. with my chip set on the 100hp setting i can get 30lbs of boost. truck runs great and have had no problems with this setup. i do not recommend the boost tube. if you are looking for more boost umplug the red wire to the wastegate or see about a turbomaster wastegate or the equivilant.

I run a IAH delte plug, but I dont see any differance in boost readings... Dont get the plug or the blow off, get the boost regulator from ITP... Why would you install a boost leak when your trying so hard to remove them?

I had a boost blow off and switched to the regulator because at high boost I would still set the light., as far as the wastegate thing, just unplug the line and plug it into one of your bolts for the IC tubes...

The problem with the map fooler is its making the computer see 22#s boost at all times, not good for fuel milage and a real PIA if your doing any kind of live tuning/data loging.

Joe you are just running the regular cap. Not the one with the boost fitting right. I am just trying to get some extra boost. Right now the boost gauge stops at 18 - 20 psi. That is with my foot on the floor and not lifting. I just don't want to distroy the turbo by overboosting it. That is my concern. But you only live once. HAHA

I have the regular cap, but then I drilled and tapped it... I would say you have a boost leak or a kink in your boost line..

I heard something the other day that sounds like and exhaust leak but couldn't find anything maybe that is because it is coming from the turbo. Do ya think? I have checked the boost line and it didn't have any kinks in it.

Look at the up pipes... See pic's... They should be clean and not covered in soot.

Wow thanks Joe. I'll will give that a look. Today I got on it really good and could only reach 18 psi on the boost. Just barely out ran a Hemi off the line at a stop light. Want to feel more boost.

Only way to get more boost is to add fuel. Easiest way to add fuel is tuning. Are you still running stock programming? If so, your 18 is about all you're going to get no matter what you do.

10K mod will add a little fuel.
