Some one said in my other post that it might be the IPR? what is that? any other input you guys might have?

BTW I have a 2002 7.3 F-350

have you checked for codes ? youre wasting money just Ripping
parts and replacing them in HOPES that youll find the problem...

yes, good crank but no fire.

I am pulling codes tomorrow. i just thought someone might have some input. Will it still show codes vene though my CE light is not on?

yeah codes can be stored w/out a cel/ses or mil light.
california (CARB) based trucks will turn the light on (in some instances)
when other trucks wont (egr valve for instance)

GPR should not keep you from starting... You been cranking on it a bit? If your batterys are down even a little it will not start... Getting fuel? Turn the key on an listen for the fuel pump... If you hear it then open the hood and pop the fuel drain valve for a sec and see how much fuel comes out.
