Bush and Cheney are doing it. They have a new snow machine and they are trying to disprove global warming.:D

Hey Franky,
That snow is getting awful close to us that live up here in Spokane. I think I am going to take the Grizz up Mica this coming weekend and see if I can find some snow to play in.

By the way, did I mention that my In-laws live just outside of South Prairie? They live up on the hill to the left as you drive out of town towards Orting. My wife was just there this weekend. I was a little worried about the aforementioned white stuff when I sent her on her way in the Golf with no chains and summer tires. But she took Snoqualmie, not White, so she was in good shape.

Let it SNOW!!!! :D

Man, that was beautiful. :roflmao

BTW, anytime anybody wants to waste their time, I can shoot so many holes in "anthropogenic" (human-caused) global warming that you will go away with a whole new outlook. You will laugh your keister off every time you hear someone whining about it from now on...

Just a little tidbit, did you know that the hottest year on record is still 1938? After a long, sustained warming period, we hit a peak in 1938, followed by a long cooling period. So much so, in fact, that in 1975, there was a "global cooling" PANIC! Anybody remember that? It was before my time, believe it or not, but there was this doom and gloom stuff about not being able to maintain enough food production, and starvation, etc was imminenet. Now, 25-30 years later, we are panicking because the globe is WARMING, yet we still haven't reached the peak we were at in 1938!!! Tell me, what the heck were we doing in 1938 that caused this "peak" if global warming is anthropogenic? I can't think of what it could be!!! Maybe, just MAYBE, the global climate is not a set given, but a random variable that continuously changes as a result of a trillion different variables that we can't even begin to understand. Yet our arrogance makes it unacceptable for something to be outside our influence or control, so we insist, even though ZERO evidence exists to prove this hypothesis, that WE are causing it. :dunno

Also, the various ice ages the earth has seen, latest was in the 1500's
IIRC, first comes the warming, sucking up moisture, then eventually if returns in the form of snow/ice.

We may be scheduled for snow this week.
