warranty....scam

i dont know who keeps sending thses notices that my warranty is about to expire.... i thought it was from ford.. went to dealership, they said it wasnt them. so i threw it away.. got same thing next day lol.. anyone else getting these notices. my truck is 2005. how many years is the engine covered for?

Diesel engine coverage is 5 Years/100,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Yep.. I still get'm on my 2K that never had anything but the FORD Warranty. Usta get'm now & then.. lately I've been get'n 'em 'bout once or twice a month.

I shoot a little lube on'm and use'm to tune up & clean the Shredder.

A Scam fer shur.

I sometimes get calls on my cell phone and home phone telling me the warranty on my car is ready to expire. I once asked them "Oh yeah, which one is that?" They guy just goes "uh; uh; uh" Then I told him if they don't know which one it is, then quit calling me.

I still get the occasional call, but turning the tables on them is fun anyhow.
