Anybody know of a vinyl applique that changes color based on temperature and air velocity

you know like the old mood rings


black for cold and red for HOT

round 70 ish it goes to a new color

I saw the 3m stuff
it is close to what i am looking for...
but it uses light similiar to dupont camelleon paint.( which is awesome when done right )
hoping to find some like a temp tape to go dark ruby red in the cold then a bright in your face color when its near 90.....
