Help Needed Vibration

Have a 2003 F350 4x4, 7.3. Have a constant vibration which is like driving over those grooves that are found on the edge of the roadway; could this indicate a bad u-joint, or center support bearing? My brakes and tires are new. Thanks Mike F.

It sounds like you have a front wheel bearing going out. I got my last set off E - Bay @ $100 a side.Look to see if there are blue shavings in the wheel when you stop.

does it change in intensity or pitch when you turn the wheel?
speed up or slow down?
get on or off the throttle?

The vibration is real noticeable at initial acceleration and slowing down; tapers off when getting up to cruising speed. ,,,
