Hello Gentlemen
I post my guestion to this site as CHP Mustang told me that there are many technical gurus here.
I had my vacuum lines disconnected from both front side hubs, so 4wd did not engage. I found that problem. It was caused by American racing Mohave wheels, that had rubbed the lines. Easy fix: inch off from lines and back to place ( and new wheels ).
But after that ( 4WD works fine and A/C knob works ok as well ) I found out that the vacuum pump on right fender turns on in about every 6th second and stays on for 12 secs.
I went through all the lines ( including the ones inside the cabin ) and seems that the leak is in the part in front of the pump ( I do not figure name for it )
the one where red and black vacuum line are coming
on the yellow top numbers: PA66-GF33
and on the side F31A
9H465-8A
007D0293
this part I guess regulated the vacuum to the wheel hubs, and it seems to have a vacuum seal on the bottom part ( round one )
Am I totally lost or could this be the place for a vacuum leak ?
And for info, I live in Finland, Europe and we don't have any US-Ford service here to take it, so I pretty much have figure out these stuff by myself.
