ok, tonight i noticed when i turn on my signal either left or right, it blinks really fast. no burned out bulbs found. i put on the hazards and they blink like they normally did. is this a flasher taking a dump?

no trailer, third brake light works, all the bulbs are working, none are burned out. trailer wiring is covered so nothing should have beena ble to get in there to short it out. also whats weird is that when you put on the signal it blinks normally and then starts to blink really fast after one or two flashes.

now that sounds like a flasher to me for the cost of new flasher I would change it and see if it licks your problem the hazards/ 4ways will work fine because they run of a different flasher

I had this problem!

After my flaser went out and I changed it YEAH it worked right?

well 2 weeks later.. it started again and the bulb still worked.. Somehow it had swiveled a little loose..

Made sure it was tight again and no more fast flasher

ok, i replaced the flasher, it worked about 1 hour and now the signals just stick on...maybe a loose connection i will try to bend the prongs a little to make them sit in tighter.

Sounds like you may have replaced it with a el-cheapo one that burned up after an hour. Try a good heavy duty one..
