On a 2K and I would imagine all other 99+ 7.3 Super Duty Trucks.. The T-Sig Flasher is located Behind & Down to the left of the Radio.
Unless you have Reealy long skinny arms and 14" fingers, the best way to get to it is.. Remove the Radio.
Once you've removed the Radio, reach down and to the left, you'll find a plastic box about 1"X4"s. On the long ends there are 2 squeeze tabs, depress the tabs and a plastic cover will come off. The Flasher is on the firewall end. Wiggle it while pulling to remove and replace.
Note: If you have the OEM Radio/CD, you may have to remove some of the FORD radio bracketry. And.. To find the plastic Flasher box easier ? turn on a turn signal while you feel around, you'll >feel< the "Clicking" signal.
