My new (re-manned, stock but w/wicked wheel) turbo arrived yesterday from Diesel Site; so I hope to get my truck running this weekend!!! I have new turbo pedestal (w/o EBPV linkage: link), new boots (link), & turbomaster waste gate actuator (link).

Questions for y'all:
1. Torque setting for 2 turbo pedestal bolts?
2. Torque setting for 4 turbo bolts?
3. How tight for boot clamps, hose clamps and the V-clamps?
4. One article (99-03 Turbo Removal & Wicked Wheel Installation .: Articles) suggests using "Anti Seize Copper" to the exhaust up-pipe and down-pipe. Is that a good idea and if so what is this stuff / where to find?

Many thanks! :hail

My new turbo, nice and clean, smells like gun oil...and the milled face isn't all barked up from some knucklehead like the one I pulled out!!!

I don't have a book for your truck, but the anti seize compound is to stop the bolts from Seizing to the housing or nuts. Makes removing them easier, but not easy. You can find it at most good auto parts stores.
