Turbo flutter?

Hey guys,
I was wasting some time on YouTube and ran across this video of a 6.0 that makes the exact same sound as my truck does sometimes when I'm on it hard and then let off.

Is this normal?
Is it bad for my turbo?
What is it called when this happens?

The Variable Vanes in the turbo are changing to keep the pressures in range. When you let off suddenly, you have excess pressure that has to go somewhere. The vanes change their position to keep this in order. There is some bleed of until the vanes get into their proper position and this is the flutter you hear. I did a poor job of explaining it...

it blows back into the intake, it usually will do it when it is cold or with a tuner pushing 30+ lbs of boost and let out quick.

It's called: *Turbo-Charger, Pressure Release/Equalazation Flatulence. (a Turbo Fart)

It's a normal system function. They (we) all do it.
