Hey everyone. I have a new problem with my 99 powerstroke. When you let it sit for a couple of days it will turn over and fire then die. After a couple of times doing this it will fire and run very rough and no throttle as if there is a lot of air in the fuel system. Seam to be worse when facing up hill. Could it be a bad check valve somewhere in the system. Let me know what you think thank.

Have you replaced that QD fitting (?) on the in-let (Tank) side of yer fuel pump (??) with a piece ofr fuel hose & 2 band clamps ??? Sounds like air getn' into the system to me. That QD fitting is a place (of many) to start. Then the tank Mods..

When its parked Up-Hill.. you may be getting a Syphon effect going cuz of air being sucked in from that QD fitting.

:dunno
