Transmission problems

Takes of fine when shifts in to second or third it pick’s up vibration Looks like I lose power to go. :dizzy

Welcome to the site.

I wish I had a good answer for you but it sounds like you're possibly the most recent trans failure.

My honest guess is some damage in the torque converter or your internals are slipping so badly that they are jumping.

I would suggest the following:

Smell transmission fluid see if it smells burnt
Change the fluid & filter
Inspect the transmission pan for debris

If you find more than an 1/8" coating of fine gunk on the pan and some metal shavings on the plug or magnet then you have major problems.

what has the truck's life been like as far as usage? has it been loaded heavy? driven alot in the city? Unless it's been abused or gotten very hot that's very low mileage for a transmission failure.

the vibration might be elsewhere in the driveline like your parking brake (i believe 450's had them on the transmission)

the loss of power could be a number of things.
