topside creepers

i have been using a small fold up work platform to wrench on the truck. gets me high enough, i can pretty much reach everything so it works out well that it does not come into contact with anything it can scratch. but it will scoot out form under me if i am not careful.

so i have been lusting after one of those 'topside creepers'. yikes! they are pricey! anyone have one that they care to review? is it really worth $250? for that much , i would weld something up if i could see one in person to reverse engineer.

but i love mine. its a big help working up top
i beleive i got mine for 125 about 4 years ago
