What is the biggest set of tires that you can put on factory wheels for 2004 FX4? I really want that "big" look without getting new wheels and I would like to avoid lifting the truck if possible. I hear lifting always causes problems with alignment. I was wondering about a leveling kit too. What does this consist of and would this cause alignment issues? Any help would be appreciated. :thanks

33 inches before a leveling kit also with no rubbing. I have 295's on mine but I have 16x10 rims so there was some rub till i zip tied the fender wells back. But with stock rrims would can go with 285's and have no concerns at all.

Nice truck but it ain't that dirty. It was actually clean to me. But I have a black truck and it stays brown all the time. I just don't know why.

Here it is actually clean.

There is a big difference between the 04 and 05 front suspensions. The largest you can go without rubbing, or adding any kind of suspenion work on an 04 is 285. 305's rub on some 04 trucks. Keith

Before you go too far down that road, think about how you want it to look. I really don't think you can have that "big" look with stock rims and no lift. Not saying the other trucks don't look good, but the big look is mostly due to height, then choosing a wheel and tire to fill the void. So, if I was you, I would look for a truck that has the look you want, then figure out what he/she did. I just sayin all this because you seem to have that "big" desire, and one thing I have seen over and over and over is that people never go big enough.
