I hate anything that requires me to move, but I need it cause otherwise I'd be a blimp (crappy metabolism, fact, i even went to a doctor) I hit 15 after being slightly overweight my whole life and just said "F this, I gotta do something". Now I'm around 6'1 180-185ish.
Anyways, enough about me; I think it's great you're doing some father daughter bonding. +5 kudos.
