Question Steering wheel compatability

I have an 06 350, HATE the steering wheel! Not only for its looks but I cant stand the location and size where the center connects the wheel.

Will an 08 and newer wheel work? If I get one that has the vol controls etc.

A boneyard would have an interchange manual..
Other than that, I know the Excursion wheels work.. woodgrain, baby!
