Just wondering if anyone has ever adjusted out the steering lash on there truck. I cant find anything about it or is it set up where once you have it its time for a new gear box. Thanks.

There is a big nut on top of the steering box. Loosen the nut and turn the threaded allen bolt in 1/4 turn and tighten up the nut. Keep doing this until you have the desired feel. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN IT or it will not center properly and may bind.

Are you sure it's the box? I had some sloppy steering in my truck and it was the intermediate shaft between the column and the box. Just something else to look at.
