Are beans stage II's to much to still tow a 5500 lb enclosed trailer when they are in a 97psd with a custom chip? I want to put a set in mine but don't want a temp problem.

You'll most likly need a intercooler to keep temps in check. I think you would be frustrated because you'll have to back out to keep temps in check. Another thing is your clutch proably wont be to happy with the stage II's.

I dont think the Stg II's will present a problem with towing, especially if you go with a custom burned chip from one of the reputable guys who knows how to tune the chip to allow for a useable tow mode. You already say that you are planning on going intercooled? You can also request a stock setting on the chip, then the Stg II's wont deliver any more than a stock injector anyways. In the end its all related to that slender pedal on the right side of the floor.

Yeah as for the tires I have trouble keeping them on the back with the banks chip I have to buy a new rear set every year or so. I suppose I would have to buy a better clutch too?

trust me that banks chip aint nothing compared to the stuff bean has.but yes you will need a better clutch and flywheel, wich you should already have if you dont.trash the dual mass flywheel and get a single mass flywheel with a good clutch.these guys with the 5 speeds will tell you what to get or just ask bean.you can go over to TDS or oilburners and private message WRECKABOY1 and ask him about my truck.i had him in the back seat cryin like a little b#@*h doing a complete donut on dry pavement :thumbs :thumbs :sweet :roflmao.damn near threw him in the backseat at the track one night also:roflmao :roflmao :roflmao

I have the single mass flywheel already, do they make a clutch that will bolt onto this flywheel. So if I get the BDP stage II's and the custom chip from wildman I should be close to 400 hp and the rears, Also I have heard to get a hpop off af a 02 or 03 7.3 to supply these injectors or would it be better to buy the stealth?

Get an intercooler, tony wildmans tunes and you'll have NO temp problems what so ever. I routenly gross 20k+ (have been weighed upwards of 27k several times) with my truck and have never backed out of the skinny pedal bc of egt's. BDP STage 2's, 6oh ic and TW programming is a killer combo.
