smoke on start winter

I have a 97 psd in an E-350. it has 160k. For the past 2 winters, it smokes and runs rough on start, after warm up, runs fine and starts w/o smoke rest of day. I have replaced the glow plugs and the start relay to no avail. I think the "o" rings on the injectors may be leaking when the temps are low. ? How hare are they to replace, and should I replace the injectors at the same time?

If ya don't want smoke in the winter use Amoco Premier. Starts better also.

Mine dosnt run too rough, but it smokes alot (white) when i start it up at low temps.

I hope its normal
