I've got CoverCraft fabric covers. They are a heavy material...not quite denim, but still fairly tough. They fit the seats good and match the interior well. I've been happy with them.

I have the saddleman sure fit seat covers in saddle blanket material. I also bought a set for my fathers '05 superduty. We both love them. very tough and we like the look of the saddle blanket. I have the captains chairs and my father has the 40/20/40 split bench and they both fit great. You have to straighten them up every couple months or so. (I am very anal about the seat covers fitting correct) I bought mine and his on ebay for under a hundred.

here are some pics of my seat covers. The only problem I found is that they didn't come with covers for the arm rests. Believe it or not I had a pair of black nylon socks that I stretched over the arm rest (brand new of course) When I installed the same set on my fathers truck, we didn't like how the center console on his truck was covered (40/20/40 bench) so we cut it out and just covered the seat portion of the center. These have been in my truck for three years now, so they have held up nice. They aren't the fanciest but I like them and the price is good.
