I will be installing a FTVB, FTTC, bypass filter, tru-cool cooler, and new filter screen and I have a few questions.
1. Can I replace the front input shaft seal and rear driveshaft seal while I am taking the tranny down?
2. Can I replace the rear main seal while I've got the tranny out just for piece of mind or is it not worth it?
3. Will I have to remove the transfer case from the tranny and if so, is there a seal I am going to need to replace when I separate them?
4. Is there a way while I have the tranny out, to completely drain the inside of the tranny?
5. Is there anything I am missing?
Thanks,
Jesse

If the main seal is not leaking, leave it.:D Replace only the seals that are damaged. If it's not damaged I would leave it.

I have an E4OD tranny thats torn apart in my garage. that thing is still leaking tranny fluid. Going on two weeks now. So no the tranny won't completely drain.:D
