Replacing front and rear seals in tranny while it's out?

I will be installing a FTVB, FTTC, bypass filter, tru-cool cooler, and new filter screen and I have a few questions.
1. Can I replace the front input shaft seal and rear driveshaft seal while I am taking the tranny down?
2. Can I replace the rear main seal while I've got the tranny out just for piece of mind or is it not worth it?
3. Will I have to remove the transfer case from the tranny and if so, is there a seal I am going to need to replace when I separate them?
4. Is there a way while I have the tranny out, to completely drain the inside of the tranny?
5. Is there anything I am missing?

If the main seal is not leaking, leave it. Replace only the seals that are damaged. If it's not damaged I would leave it.

I have an E4OD tranny thats torn apart in my garage. that thing is still leaking tranny fluid. Going on two weeks now. So no the tranny won't completely drain.

What about the front pump, is it hard to replace while I've got it out?
