Anyone does this conversion? Looked at WIKI, but didn't see anything on it. Have an 04 that I want to do the conversion on. Looks like everything from the window to the wiring can be bought for around $350, but instructions are up in the air. It will be tackled no matter what, but if anyone has attempted and or accomplished this please let me know of any hand ups or be aware of issues that may or will come up.

You know what I would like to install, something similar to the old Bronco/Blazer where the whole rear window slides down into the truck. That would really get some air flowing through the cab. Plus I could get some rear window defrosters so I can see out the back in the winter time. Right now, foggy windows and a manual slider.

EXACTLY! Toyota can do it, why can't Ford? That would also allow using a boot between a bed topper and the cab without necessitating complete window removal.
