rear door panel removal

i have a super cab not a 4 door, How do i remove the rear door panels? need to get inside to the door?

Just like the front door; remove the switch panel on the arm rest and remove the screw, under the switch panel. Remove the reflector and take out the screw located there. Now all you have to do is slide the door panel UP and it will fall off.

i have the small extended cab, no power windows etc in back, suicide type doors. just an extended cab. its different than the truck. no window switches etc.
