Question on the waste gate

How do i get the waste gate to stay closed all the time for more boost without having to pull the turbo of to adjust the waste gate rod or the the older strokers not like the newer ones with the adjustable waste gate rod on the top of the turbo.

our turbos do not have wastegates

on edit... on the newer ones that have wastegates you can just unplug it where the wire plugs into the wastegate and it will stay closed at all times

we dont have a waste gate as was said above.we have an exhaust back pressure valve(ebpv).only way to get more boost is to add more fuel.
