You only need to carry a spare fuel filter and wrench to change it is you need to. Bio will clean out your tanks and cause the crud to collect in the filter very quickly, thus clogging up the fuel filter. No other mods are required. :thumbs

you do need to do one upgrage, I wont call it a mod because it really isnt. You have two high pressure fuel lines that you need to replace with teflon or some other biocompatible fuel line. They are cheap - I paid $27 total for both lines. Just find a local hose shop and show them the lines you want replaced.

you do not have to do it before using bio and really only if you are going to run high percentage bio fuel. B20 will not eat them for a very long time. If you go > B50 I would do it within the first month to 6 weeks.

Read Joat's thread about bio from yesterday.

no, just from the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel filter bowl to each head at the front of the head. I'll see if I can find a picture. Not sure if I have one.

nope, I dont have one. Im in the middle of moving so I can't get one for a few days. Maybe someone here will have a picture to show you. If not, I'll post one over the weekend if I can.

Realize that we have an OBS (94-97) and your super duty is a bit different. These are the two fuel return lines from the fuel pressure regulator that I replaced. They drop down to each head.
