i just replaced the starter relay and no luck yet

is it possible that it could be my alternator?

I think you may have misunderstood the comment about the starter solenoid in the previous post. The person that mentioned the starter solenoid mentioned it because "sometimes" the parts store will give you a starter solenoid by mistake when you ask for a GPR. They look identical.

95 stroker, Correct me if I'm wrong but the gpr relay has one more terminal than the starter relay.

I think so too, but they guys at the parts store probably wouldnt care.

Not always, just depends on the brand of relay, some ground through the mount and some ground through a terminal. Usually the ones that ground through the terminal have an electronic control module switching them, so it can switch ground instead of power....

But, ya second the comment, about misunderstanding, that is a perfect description of what was being said, not that the starter relay was suspect.

is there a right and wrong terminal to put the wires other than the small wires on the small terminal and big ones on big terminals?

ohh and its also got a small leak i am going to put some pictures of it up soon
