i just bought an 08 6.4 F350 w/ 4.88 and it cant pull anything compared to my 01 7.3. i need to put a programer, cold air intake, and a torque converter on it, but i dont know anyone who has added mods to their truck to ask. Any one have any advice on a programer??

F350 with 4.88? Last time I looked, you could only get as high as 4.30. Are you sure you have 4.88? Or maybe you have an F450? Anyway, my programmer is from Spartan Diesel. Really like it. Have 4 tunes, 75, 150, 210, and 250hp. Mostly use the 210, and just started using the 250. The power is awesome! I have the AFE Stage II, with Torque tube, and have not had any problems with it. Alot of people have tho. Think if I had to do it all over again I would get the S&B , or Volant intake. Just check some of the other sites, and you'll find all kind of information on tuners and intakes. Hope this helps.

Man, I bet it eats the fuel. I have 4.10 and it does all I need. At first we started to get the F450, but now I'm glad we didn't. Good luck with the truck!

wow i have yet to hear this...the last 08 350 i pulled with.. well lets just say i could barely feel that 20k pounds

how those airaid intakes compared to afe cuz i heard the afe's trigger check engine light so im kinda undecided , but want an intake what you think i should get , cuz i got a rbp programmer just recently

I was going to say since I've bought this truck, it makes the same loads that i carry effortless compared to my 97 7.3. the only time I've ever noticed i need to give more pedal effort is when it goes into regen with a load on the truck.
