74808 from O-reillys maybe an updated version. $8.00

Looks like it'd do the trick.

Thanks Guys....

I checked with Dieselsite.. they're coming up with a New one soon.

A "Ranger Valve" (comes from: Ford Ranger p/u) is a 12v Solenoid operated, in line, heater hose valve. Shuts off the flow to the heater core. Switch operated, instead of Vacuum operated from the OEM dash control knob.

Old News but shutting off the coolant flow will give you MUCH better A/C.

But.. In the winter, with the Vacuum type valve set up, you can't get any Heat out of anything Vent.. Like By-level, etc.

I miss that.. so I'm going to the Switched 12v valve.

But thanks again guys. (for the part # too)

BIG JOE, if you are interested, this is what I put on the vac line to the valve. Turn it off in the winter and up in the summer. Sits right behind the glove box. I have about a dozen if interested, or anyone else.
