94 f350,power stroke, DI, 7.3L. My question is, Can the "oil galley plug" be replaced without pulling the engine? At least two of the four are leaking. My service manuel does not address this at all. Is there a web sight that would address this and give pictures of this plug? I believe I could know if I could see a picture of it. I have a Haynes diesel engine repair manual that has helped a lot with many other repairs but not this one.:dunno Is there any help out there. Joe in DeSoto

the rears can be done with the motor in the truck although it will be a huge PITA to do.to do the passengers side plug you need to undo the downpipe from the turbo and move it,using a 1/2 drive flex head ratchet you can get it out.i think the same ratchet will work on the drivers side although it will be alot harder as the firewall is closer to the head on that side.or you can do what some ford mechanics do.cut 2 holes in the firewal and go in that way

Joe - I don't have any experience at the galley plugs but can lend a hand if you need one. I live in Garland, TX. I also own an engine hoist if you decide to go that direction. Home phone is 972-240-0842.
