I've stripped the head of a bolt on my tc inspection plate, dabnabit, whats my options now with just a little nub left on the son of a Quaker! Squirted it down with WD and tried vice grips on one of the other stubborn ones and that one popped loose but this ones stuck something good! Any suggestions before I just cut the sucker off?

zip it off with a whizzer wheel... drill it out and heli-coil it.

On my tractor I welded a nut to the head of the bolt (through the center of the nut) so I could get a wrench on it.

Not sure how well the sensitive electronics on your truck would react to that though.

try the PB bolt losener much much better then WD or that other watered down stuff.. just keep drenching it every 5 mins for about an hour and it should come right out.... good luck
I second the PB.... that's some good stuff... Mag 1 makes a real good one, too...
