Not sure what to make of this

Directly below the turbo pedestal in that low area, i have a light pool of what seems to be oil. is this a Common place to collect because its V-shaped and isolated or something bigger?

That would be called the Valley and yes that is where leaks from many places pool. Galley plug o-rings, Hpop Gaskets, High pressure oil lines and fittings, Turbo oil leaks and many other sources can cause oil in the valley. Best to clean it up as best you can and then start looking for the source.

Yup, youve got a leak in the dreaded valley of death, could be one of the sources crumm mentioned or it may be fuel also. Clean it up good and start looking.
