no wait to start light truck wont start

hi all in wisconsin now with my 99 f350
all of a sudden no wait to start light and truck wont start
no blown maxi fuse...
relay less than a year old ford part
any help would be great i have to plow and is also daily driver

#30 fuse in the underdash PDC
30 amp minifuse
controls the IDM, & fuel bowl heater (which is probably why it fried)

keeps blowing the #30 fuse when i replace it?
as soon as i turn on the key

GOOD. unplug the fuel heater, see if that fixes the popping fuse issue, or find the short in the harness. its possible that the idm is casuing it to blow, but not likely. start with the fuel heater.
