New member with my first 7.3 powerstroke

Just bought 02 f 350 lariat 4x4 superduty dually. 7.3 powerstroke w/ 73,000 miles. This is my first diesel. I pull a 4 horse trailer and a 36 ft. flat bed trailer with up to 20 round bales of hay weighing 800-900 lbs. ea. Need advice on which tuner might help w/ pulling ,but also needs to help mpg. I need to mention a Banks Exhaust System was already on truck when purchased. HELP

Some that own 7.3's are running a Tony Wildman chip/tuner etc.

Have not heard of Tony Wildman Tuners before. Where can they be purchased.
