need a little computer help

problem is i dont remember the password for another site that i am registered on.the email i used to register with is gone so i cant have the password emailed to me.i know its gotta be stored somewhere on this computer.i last logged into the site maybe 3 months ago.any idea as to how i could find it in my hard drive?

Out the mouse over the password area and double click it. Does the password show up? If not, then your computer doesn't know it. Re-register.

passwords would not be readily recoverable from your harddrive. Storing them is an option you would have to have accepted when prompted early in your use of the machine. Even if you did store them, they would be encrypted. Your best chance would be to reregister if that is feasible or try to contact their customer service (using the term loosely).
