When I fire the truck up, I get a squeal from about 12-1400 rpm's. It is sometimes intermittent, but sometimes I can maintain the rpm's and it will keep on squealing. Doesn't sound like a belt, more like metal/metal. I replaced the tensioner pullies 13k ago and the idler pulley...still does it...does it really bad in the morning for the first couple minutes. The power steering pump has fluid in it, has never (that I know of) ran low on fluid, it has a slight whine to it under turning load (what Ford doesn't), and with my 33's, it is rather hard to turn from lock without moving the truck.
Sound like ps pump?

No, could that cause it only at certain rpm's? I thought a belt would squeal all the time?

due to pulley speed and load, not necessarily.

I'd put a belt on it and go from there.
