Was changing the oil on the rig today and discovered the source of a slow leak I have had for quite some time.

The oil dripping on block heater and surrounding wiring appears to be coming from the brake master cylinder but I cannot find the origin.

Anybody ever have a problem like this?

The oil has to be coming out of the cylinder. The end of the cylinder goes into the cab of the truck and attached to the rod that goes to the brake pedal. If you remove the rubber seal at the end of the cylinder, you should see oil dripping. This is inside the truck cab. Good Luck Tbar.

how often do you have to top up master cyl. with brake fluid?

probaly best way to see if master is leaking, unbolt from the hydro boost unit and see if there is any brake fluid there. if there is, more then likely the seals are no good....
