The other day I was messing around with an idea I had to see what would happen if I fooled the pcm with some wiring and a switch. I first connected to the supply voltage and the signal wire with my fluke meter and ran it through the pass window and drove it. As I was driving it The signal voltage never changed from 2.35 volts give or take. Even at idle this is what I had. It did not change even at 25 lbs of boost. I'm now wondering if my map sensor is not working. The diesels I usually work on go from .10 volts up to around 3.25 or so depending on the engine or HP rating. Anyone got any ideas.
