Manual to Power mirrors

I was just wondering if anyone has a link to some pics or instructions for doing a swap to power mirrors. I currently have the manual mirrors on my 99. I thought I had read a link some time ago about doing this conversion, and that it was posssible. I was probably going to pick up some power mirrors off Ebay. I already have the Ford Switch and plate. I just popped off the stock panel and was looking for the connector that is supposed to be hiding under the door somewhere, but didn't see anything. Can anyone help me out?

I started to do this on my 2000 and could not find the connect either. There is a company that makes their own mirrors and switches. Their website stated that to install their power mirrors on trucks without power mirrors would require running control wires to the other door. I would be interested in the conversion write up as well because I am tired of having to manually adjust the mirrors.
