Did some exhaust work on the soon to be wifeys Dodge Durango with the 318
She said it was too quiet!!! so off came the muffler!!!! so she's straight piped from the cat back and it sounds awsome, best soundin Durango i've ever heard!!!! I love that old school straight piped sound!!!!

HAHA!!! a few weeks ago i put an off road h-pipe (no cats) on my wifes mustang....MUCH BETTER!

she came to the realization that she can never own anything other than a powerful american v-8 after she borrowed her mom's honda and my sisters jetta while i rebuilt the mustangs tranny for a few days......i said i wasnt going to allow her to get anything other than an american v8 unless it was an american v10 anyway.

not sure about that year model, but the 4.7L that was put in durangos and rams from 02+ is one of the best stock sounding V8's ive ever heard(and Ive owned a plymouth roadrunner too). My mom had an 02 ram with the 4.7 and she had me get an exhaust put on it. the stock exhaust sounded ok, but I had the shop put a 40 series flowmaster with a dump before the axle. That truck sounded like a damn race car. Not too many V8's that will rev 7,000rpm stock.

i got a straight piped 360 in my dodge 1500 that i gave to my brother. His neighbor came over askin what size headers are on it

I know i know its a dodge but its a good vehicle for her, its had it's issues but what vehicle hasnt? i think the 318 is a 5.2L
