Depends if you got the stock bumper or not cause thats the main place its gonna rub. If you take it off road its also gonna rub when you articulate and steer. 37's on a six incher and 39's on an 8 incher thats if you dont articulate and drive on the streets mainly.

Rooster has the answer. Have seen a 6" lift with 35's on 22's and looked just right. Filled the fenders but not to much.

I ran 37X13.5's on 16x10" wheels with a 6" lift and just had to trim back the factory bumper skirt. I had no problems clearing my 38x15.5's on 20x10" wheels with an aftermarket bumper and 8" of lift. Currently I run about 10" of lift and have just enough room to clear 39.5's.

I run 38.5"x14.50 R18 tires, with an aftermarket front bumper, and 8 inch lift, and I get a little bit of rubbing on the plastic fenderliner at the back of the inner fender, but only during tight turns. This is an easy fix with a sawzall, or a cut off wheel, heck even a hacksaw, I've just been too lazy to do anything about it, and it doesn't rub very often:cool:
