Going to go with the 315/70/17 tires and a leveling kit for now. Truck is an 05. Not going with the spring spacers but rather new springs in the front. Heres the question...The 2 inch lift springs and the 4 inch lift springs are the same price,so what would it hurt to go with the 4" springs and add taller blocks or another leaf in the rear? Essentially having a 4" lift all the way around. I know new shocks is a must but someone please enlighten me further on this.

You could very easily add the 4" springs, but you will need to buy a track bar relocation bracket also. If you have a longbed truck with a carrier bearing in the rear driveshaft, you will need a spacer for that too. You would probably be better off money-wise to buy either the 4" kit, or the leveling kit, to make it easier on yourself, and to be sure you do it right. I have just a 2" leveling kit on my truck, and I run 325/65-18 Nitto Terra grapplers on 18x8.5" Weld wheels, and they don't rub anywhere. Pics are in my sig.

or you can just get the tires and wait til you know for sure what lift you want! those 35's will fit it factory and wont rub.

Don't know if your also implying that you need new shocks if you just go with the two inch like they suggest. Been running for a while with the two inch spacer leveling kit and went higher, 3" in the rear and have not found or felt any reason to change out the shocks. I do not do any rock crawling though.
Everything feels the same way before the lift. The spacers on the carrier bearing were a frickin joke. If you have a long bed it might be your only option. I ended up going to a single piece drive shaft because off the line vibrations issues, and love it. I have a short bed though. You can feel a difference off the line. A little it is snappier then before might be my imagination.

Went up 2" in front and now I have a bad case of the droopys in back. By measuring from top of fenderwells my rear is now sitting approx. 1" lower so I am thinking dump the 2" blocks and go with 3". Think this will level it back out?

The 3" blocks in the rear should level your truck out fine but if it were me I would go with a 3.5" or 4" block to give it a little bit of front end rake.

If so.....
You shouldn't have to put a carrier bearing spacer in because you are really only lifting you truck a couple of inches. Most lift manufactures only recommend carrier bearing spacers on lifts 6 inches and up. Just about any 4 inch blocks will work, as long as they are for 3 inch wide springs. You are also going to need new u-bolts (longer) so you might be better to buy a rear block kit from skyjacker, superlift or procomp that way you get all the parts in one package. I believe they are around $100.
