Ok guys Yesterday I went to trade in my '04 F250 Lariat .Nice truck. Would you believe they offered me only $8,000 for my truck! They said it is because of the engine.(6.0) and that no one wants to go near them.He said the buyers say the motors just blow up without warning.Yeah ok.Whatever.
I told them it was worth at least $15,000 on trade.Retail is $21,000 and change. they came back with $10,000 Just had to blow off some

Go to another dealer. I got 18500 for mine on trade it was an 2006 6.0. The truck was running like crap too. EGR problems. I try to find dealers out in the country where diesels are their market. You get better values as opposed to one in a suburb or city, at least thats what my own experience has been.

Yeah I guess they didn't want to make a sale.It just pisses me off
