Judge Dismissed Navistar's Lawsuit Against Ford

Here's an interesting article: Auto briefs. Seems as though Ford violated the Navistar contract by developing a diesel for the F-150. Well, why not? With the 6.0 issues, I'm sure they wanted to go a different direction. On the other hand, wouldn't they already have an engine available, the 365 that's being used in the Ford LCF?

Rumor had it a couple of years ago that thay were developing a 6cyl jointly but with all the problems with the first 6.0 ford droped it and started to develop one based on an exsiting motor from over seas. Im shure some one knows better than me but that was the rumor I remember reading about.
