Im having a problem gettin the truck outta Park...
it seems the "interlock" (have to have your foot on the brake)
is causing me some problem.

Ive been under the dash twice (briefly) and cant see anything
obvious.

does anyone know how this interlock works ? is there a
diagram of it someplace that would help me locate the
operational parts.

anyone else have an issue like this ???

thanks, your info has given me plenty of background to
go check/investigate.

seems the brake light switch energizes the interlock
and apparently the wires on the switch are somewhat
problematic...ill check it in the morning and report back.

thanks !

Well i crawled up under the dash this morning...
fiddled 'round w/ the brake switch...its working fine (can hear it
clicking the relay & the lights are working)

again my problem isnt consistant...intermitant at best.

I tried to unplug the wires from switch (to check the connection
and pins) but even after "unlocking" the connector i could pull
the plug outta the switch...any ideas ?
