Interior Upgrades

I have a lot of $ in my 2002 and love the 7.3. It is the lariat and has all the bells and whistles for 2002 but its not luxury at all compared to the newer trucks.
I was wondering if it was possible to upgrade the interior maybe new seats, door panels, center console and dash. What years are interchangeable. It would be sweet to have 08 or newer interior.

From what I hear, the new seats, door panels, center console, is no big deal to change out but the dash is. You can buy the door panels and sometimes the center console off of ebay.
