I just got my IC in tonight and have it back together. I am taking it to a local guy with a tubing bender and he is going to bend all of the tubes for me so i don't have to cut and weld and have to worry about if its gonna leak! Gettin excited to see how it works when the IC pipes are done! I'll keep ya posted!

What type of intercooler do you have? You will have to let us know how much of a drop in PSI and EGT Temps you get.

I have one out of an '02 SD, looks just like a 6.0 but its not. Its different from the older IC i've seen. It has the plastic tanks on the side. Ya i'm really excited to see how much drop i get b/c i tow alot with it!

Curious as to why you didn't go w/ the 6.0 I/C? It's bigger... and about the same price on ebay...

I don't really know why, but I got the intercooler and all of the pipes for really cheap. I also thought i was getting the y pipe too so thats really the reason why.
