Inherited a F-350

I recently came into possession of a 94 F-350 single cab truck dually.It has a 351 engine that has a knock that sounds like a exhaust leak, not sure. It shows 117,988 miles. I'm wondering if a 7.3 diesel engines would fit as a replacement ?

I would think so, but the 351 wasn't a bad engine at all, and it would be a heck of a lot less gackin' around to sweeten one up for use in that truck...
