That looks like a sweet house congrats I'd be spending quite a bit of time on that river when the weather's reasonable.

After living in the Sierras in my childhood, Missouri Ozarks a few years as a teenager, I feel like I had been in exile many years and just came home!
I bought this place w/o seeing the inside, had drove by, went back to Ca. Had a bid on another place, fell thru, went for another one.
House, shop, barn, pond, 5 acres. Final papers the sumbitch was holding back the pond and barn, 5 acres to be survayed out as he seen fit Yah, right!
So remembered this place, went for it.Better location here
