In a van down by the river...
Do I need to remove anything to get at/remove the passenger's side IC tube on a '02 7.3 PSD? I'm too lazy to go outside and look at the truck (plus my shop manuals are in the truck as well, so I can't look it up) so I though I'd ask here. Since I stripped the insulation from the driver's side IC tube and cleaned it out, now I'd like to do the passenger's side tube to match.

Not much diff.... Makes life easier if you remove the 3 10mm bolts that hold the surge tank in place..... so you can move it some.... makes get'n to the bottom boot clamps alot easier.

I used a bit of Windex to lube up the boots to re-install.

I removed all my tubes, y-pipe, and intercooler Sunday for post ccv cleaning. I removed the passenger side by only taken the clamps loose then sliding out the back. I did use a 2' extension to get to the front clamps.
